EOR & IOR.Clear responsibility for international trade.
We help companies move goods when the exporter or importer role is missing. EOR is available in selected origin countries; our IOR service covers imports into Germany. We align the legal role with customs, freight and delivery. If the project also needs a trading partner or an AI roadmap for logistics, we can support that too.
EOR and IOR: two roles, one coordinated route.
Both are core services. The difference is where we can take responsibility.
Exporter of Record
For exports from selected origin countries when no suitable party can take the exporter role. We check local eligibility, goods, parties, end use, sanctions and licence requirements before the shipment moves.
Explore EOR countries →IOR · GERMANYImporter of Record
For imports into Germany when no suitable importer is available. We structure the import role and align customs clearance, duties and taxes, and final delivery before shipping.

Buy in Europe. Export worldwide.
We can buy goods from European suppliers, act as the trading party and coordinate the export when your project needs a commercial partner — not just logistics support.
Explore Trading →Know what is worth automating — and when.
We review processes, data and bottlenecks, prioritise useful AI cases and build a realistic roadmap. Technical implementation is then handled with a specialist AI partner.

Can we support this shipment?
Answer a few questions and we will show you which EOR, IOR or customs topics need a closer look. No account required.
1. Where are the goods now — and where are they going?
The route determines which legal roles and customs rules apply.
2. What are you shipping?
A clear product description helps us identify classification, permit and control issues.
3. Who can take the legal roles?
This tells us whether an IOR or EOR structure may be needed.
4. How is the shipment set up?
Incoterm, shipment type, value and timing help us spot issues early.
Shipment review
This is an initial orientation based on your answers. Country, product, tax and legal requirements still need to be confirmed before the shipment moves.
Where this approach is most useful.
We focus on projects where the legal role, commercial setup or customs route needs to be solved before the goods can move reliably.
Data centres & IT rollouts
Servers, networking equipment, replacement hardware and cross-border deployment projects.
02 · INDUSTRIALMachinery & project equipment
High-value machines, automation equipment, spare parts and technical project deliveries.
03 · SPECIAL FLOWSRMA, repair & temporary movements
Returns, repairs, demos, trade fairs and equipment redeployment where the customs route matters.
Questions we are asked most often.
Where can that good provide Exporter of Record?
We support EOR structures across selected international origin markets. Feasibility is validated shipment by shipment because local exporter eligibility, product, parties, licensing and end use can change the answer.
Where do you provide Importer of Record?
Our own IOR service is focused on imports into Germany. For other destinations we assess the route and local requirements separately.
Can you also manage customs and transport?
Yes. That is part of the value proposition: the legal role can be aligned with customs clearance, freight, storage and final delivery so the operational route matches the compliance structure.
Can you buy goods in Europe and export them worldwide?
Yes, where commercially and legally feasible. Through our trading service we can purchase goods from European suppliers, structure the resale and coordinate the worldwide export.
